What we collect: name, mobile number, email, profile photo (optional), device info, IP, transaction history, task completion logs, KYC documents (Aadhaar/PAN/bank details) where required.

Why we collect: to provide services, process payouts, prevent fraud, personalize content, meet legal obligations.

How we use data: processing payouts, analytics, improving services, targeted offers, compliance.

Sharing: We may share anonymized aggregate data with partners. KYC & bank details will be shared with payment processors and banks for payouts under secure protocols.

Refund Policy

  • • Subscription cancellation: Users can cancel subscription within 2 days (48 hours) after purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations will be subject to prorated refund at company discretion.

Age Criteria & Child Protection clause

  1. • Eligible Age: 18 years and above..
  2. • Child safety: No adult/sexually explicit ads or content targeted at minors. The platform will filter explicit categories when user < 18.

Withdrawal & Wallet Policy (AiBajar)

  • • Wallet types: AiCash (real withdrawable balance) and AiReward (in-app credits, can be used for in-app purchase, transfers).
  • • Minimum withdrawal: ₹100 (settable).
  • • Settlement frequency: Withdrawals are processed on Tuesdays; the system groups withdrawals across month and processes 4 settlements per month (i.e., roughly weekly settlements).
  • • Processing window: All valid withdrawal requests received before cutoff are scheduled for the next settlement day.
  • • Daily withdrawal cap per user: As per your rule, monthly cap is ₹15,000 withdrawable per user. (You can set per-day limits as needed.)
  • • KYC: Withdrawals above threshold require completed KYC (Aadhaar / PAN / bank details).
  • • Fees: Payment gateway & payout fees may apply and be deducted (transparent in the statement).
  • • Disputes: For any missing or delayed payouts contact accounts@aibajar.com with transaction id.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • • Subscription cancellation: Users can cancel subscription within 2 days (48 hours) after purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations will be subject to prorated refund at company discretion.

  • • Non-refundable items: Rewards already withdrawn; promotional credits; third-party purchases (affiliates) are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated.
